Job Overview Join our team as a Maintenance Worker and become a vital part of maintaining and enhancing our outdoor and indoor environments! In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities. Your hands-on skills will help keep landscapes vibrant, structures sound, and equipment in top condition. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse tools and systems, contributing directly to the upkeep of beautiful grounds and facilities. Duties Manage pest control through pesticide application following safety protocols to protect plant health. Operate hand tools, power tools and other machinery safely for repair projects. Carry out general building maintenance tasks such as fixing fixtures, repairing structures, and supporting hardscape projects like walkways or patios. Experience Proven experience with mechanical systems, landscaping, or groundskeeping is highly desirable. Construction experience involving the use of hand tools, power tools is a plus. Strong understanding of safety procedures related to pesticide management, equipment operation, and general maintenance activities.
