Operations Manager Job Summary The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing general maintenance, repair, cleaning, and upkeep of The Goddess Collection's facilities - including the Headquarters, Warehouses, and Retail Store. This position ensures that all building systems, equipment, and surrounding areas are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The role includes both preventative and routine maintenance, janitorial tasks, and coordination with the Operations Manager for specialized repairs or supplies. Key Responsibilities 40% Facility MaintenanceRepairs Inspect building systems, structures, and equipment regularly to identify potential issues. Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment, fixtures, and components safely and efficiently. Perform minor building repairs such as fixing drywall, patching holes, adjusting doors, or replacing light bulbs. Assemble or disassemble incoming furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed. Complete mirror repairs and small maintenance tasks such as unclogging toilets or reattaching shelves. Perform both routine and preventive maintenance according to a scheduled checklist. Contact the Operations Manager when outside specialists or contractors are needed for complex repairs. Maintain an accurate record of all maintenance and repair tasks completed daily. 30% FacilityJanitorial Responsibilities Clean and sanitize the facility and its equipment daily to meet health and safety standards. Wash windows, mirrors, refrigerators and glass surfaces regularly. Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms at the Corporate Office, Warehouse, and Retail Store. Sweep, mop, polish, and vacuum floors to maintain a neat and professional environment. Remove leaves, trash, or debris from the front of the company buildings and surrounding areas. Organize and maintain storage areas, cleaning supplies, and tools for efficiency. Contact the Operations Manager to order necessary supplies and replacement materials. Fill out a daily janitorial checklist at the end of every shift for accountability. 20% SafetyCompliance Follow all company, state, and federal facility safety rules, standards, and precautions. Wear appropriate PPE and report safety hazards, spills, or potential risks immediately. Assist in maintaining OSHA-compliant safety logs and inspection reports. 10% Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, custodial services, or related work. Working knowledge of basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs. Ability to use power tools and maintenance equipment safely. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor safely. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks independently. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
