JOB TITLE

Groundskeeping Assistant SUMMARY :

Under the supervision of the groundskeeping supervisor and/or Lead Groundskeeping Assistant, perform necessary tasks to complete assigned work on a timely basis and within contractual requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Perform required tasks in a quality and timely manner. 2. Assist in the repair and maintenance of all lawn equipment. 3. Assure lawn equipment and vehicles are kept in a clean and orderly manner. 4. Utilize all power equipment in a careful and safe manner. 5. Instruct other crew members in the safe use of equipment. 6. Provide input on clients if requested. 7. Project the "Goodwill" image in the community by personal appearance and personality. 8. Perform any other duties as assigned by supervision.

Ability to perform majority of duties of groundskeeping supervisor if needed. Ability to read and write.
