Job Description
Works under the supervision of the Manager of Maintenance to service, maintain and repair on routine and emergency basis electrical, refrigeration, plumbing and pneumatic, and HVAC equipment, furnishings fixtures, grounds and buildings. Such work may include but not limited to replacing fuses, bulbs and lockers, repairing faucets, beds, chairs, suctions, oxygen systems, projectors, tables, communications systems, utility systems and related equipment, cleaning plugged drains, cleaning equipment and shoveling hospital entrances, high school diploma or equivalent required. Trade or vocational education preferred.
