Job Overview:

We seek a skilled Maintenance Worker to ensure our facilities are safe, comfortable, and efficient for clients and staff. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards.

Schedule:

This is a 30 HOUR

PER WEEK

= 4 DAY

PER WEEK POSITION.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry) Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies Conduct regular facility inspections Ensure health and safety compliance Collaborate with team members for repairs Manage and order supplies Keep detailed maintenance records

Qualifications:

Proven maintenance experience Knowledge of maintenance tools and techniques Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus Ability to lift/move heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
