This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience, enjoys physical work, and is eager to learn from experienced tradespeople. Responsibilities Assist service professionals with general repairs, routine maintenance, and basic installations Gather tools, materials, and equipment needed for each job Support minor carpentry tasks and general maintenance duties under supervision Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Help with dump runs and material disposal Follow instructions carefully and work efficiently as part of a team Qualifications Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance tasks (experience helpful but not required) Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and with a team Physical stamina; able to lift up to 80 lbs and perform manual labor Clear communication skills Valid driver's license Must live on Cape Cod Must be 18+ years old Why This Role Matters You'll play a key role in supporting skilled tradespeople while gaining real experience in carpentry, maintenance, and repair work.
