• Inspecting common areas, maintenance rooms, and exterior spaces for signs of pests such as insects or rodents.
• Applying commercially available, low-toxicity pest control products (e.g., insect sprays, traps, repellents) in accordance with manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
• Setting and monitoring pest traps and reporting recurring or significant infestations to management or licensed pest control contractors when necessary.
• Maintaining cleanliness in work areas to help prevent pest infestations, including removal of debris and minor sanitation tasks.
