Entry-Level Compensation:
$22-$27/hr Negotiable (Based on skill and ability level) About the Role We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking to build a career in the trades. While experience is a plus, we are fully willing to train the right person who shows up on time, works hard, and has a genuine desire to learn the craft of remodeling and property maintenance. Key Responsibilities •
General Labor:
Assisting with site preparation, demolition, debris removal, and maintaining a clean, safe job site. •
Painting:
Interior and exterior prep work, priming, and finish painting. •
Plastering:
Assisting with plaster application, patching, and sanding to ensure smooth finishes. •
Light Carpentry:
Helping with basic framing, trim work, and hardware installation. •
Tool Management:
Organizing and maintaining hand and power tools. Requirements •
Valid Driver's License:
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites. • Willingness to
Learn:
A positive attitude and the ability to take direction and learn new skills on the fly. •
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs), climb ladders, and stay active throughout the workday. •
Reliability:
We value punctuality and a strong work ethic. •
Experience:
