  • Full-time, Contract Job Summary Join our team as a Gardner/Maintenance Worker.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining healthy lawns, and landscapes by applying your expertise in gardening and landscape upkeep. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure that every outdoor area you care for looks vibrant, inviting, and well-manicured. Duties Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and watering to keep turf healthy and lush Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes efficiently for planting and landscape adjustments Use power tools including trimmers, blowers, and irrigation equipment safely and effectively Support landscape installation projects by preparing soil beds, laying sod or turf, and planting shrubs or trees Contribute to farming or agriculture tasks when necessary to support larger landscape or garden projects Follow safety protocols consistently while handling equipment and performing maintenance tasks Qualifications Proven experience in gardening, horticulture, landscaping or related fields such as farming or agriculture Familiarity with lawn care practices including mowing, fertilizing, aeration and pest control Skilled in using hand tools (shovels, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) safely and efficiently Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for extended periods Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintenance tasks Known knowledge of repair and maintenance We value energetic individuals eager to grow their skills while making a tangible impact through dedicated landscape care.
