Who you are:

You are an experienced skilled maintenance worker with knowledge of steam boilers and building and equipment maintenance. You possess the ability to read blueprints, repair manuals, diagrams, and equipment specifications. You have knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, various mechanical and electrical systems. You must be able to operate safely and efficiently a variety of hand and power tools. You are a high school graduate and have the ability to read and write English. What you'll do : Under the day-to-day supervision of the director, you will be responsible to complete general labor projects as assigned, such as daily steam boiler maintenance, general carpentry, painting, HVAC, electrical, as well as groundwork as well as the maintenance and good repair of existing equipment and systems in order to maintain the facility in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

Schedule :

Monday - Friday, 7 am - 3 pm, with on-call rotation.
