Technician

TECHNICIAN

As a Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the day-to-day maintenance operations of our facility. You will assume responsibility for ensuring the facility is well-maintained, directly reporting to the Facilities Manager. Responsibilities Manage the work order system and collaborate with other maintenance staff. Complete all maintenance service requests promptly and efficiently. Maintain inventory controls to ensure cost-effective operations. Carry a company cell phone as required for operational needs. Perform grounds work, including picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas, and maintaining landscaping beds. Complete and submit payroll timesheets to the Facility Manager. Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all vendors, contractors, and fellow employees. Ensure safety standards comply with company, local, city, and federal guidelines. Adhere to established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Handbook. Occasionally lift 50 to 100 lbs as part of maintenance tasks. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Towson, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
