What You'll Do

    Complete Repairs:

    Respond to maintenance requests and assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems.

      Prepare Apartments:

      Ensure resident rooms are clean, safe, and ready for move-ins.

      • Maintain a
      Safe Community:

      Assist with inspections, preventive maintenance, emergencies, and safety requirements.

      • Support the
      Team:

      Work with contractors and team members to keep the community running smoothly.

        Help W Needed:

        Provide a friendly, helpful presence for residents, families, and staff.



        What You'll Bring

        • Previous maintenance, repair, or related experience.
        • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other building systems.
        • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
        • A dependable, approachable attitude and willingness to work with seniors.
        • Flexibility to assist with occasional evening or weekend needs.
