Ready to make a difference every day? Apply today! We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team of professionals. An Assistant Maintenance Supervisor is the right-hand person to the Service Manager and responsible in assisting in maintenance operations of the property. This position is offering a $1,000 Retention Bonus and also has the opportunity to earn monthly bonuses! •When you apply please upload a copy of your resume and any certifications: EPA, HVAC or CPO.•Any given day you will: Assist in oversight of all work associated with the upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds. Physically walk and inspect property on a regular basis, including vacant units. Conduct property inspections, including move in, housekeeping, and grounds in order to assure adherence to established standards. Ensure service requests are responded to within 24 hours and communicate with the resident when the issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner. Assist in oversight of maintenance of the grounds, trash container areas, and common areas. Be available as needed either personally, or through other site personnel, for emergency calls and respond to those according to GoldOller's policy on after-hour emergency calls. Manage regular maintenance of the building exteriors, building interiors and common areas. Full duties will be discussed during interview process. These are the skills you will need: Knowledge of property management policies and procedures as it relates to maintenance operations. Have a complete understanding of Fair Housing and knowledge of other laws that apply to property management, such as Fair Credit Reporting Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Landlord Tenant Law, OSHA Standards, local and state building codes. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
