Job Description

The Holiday Inn Oceanfront on 67th street in Ocean City MD is looking for an Evening Maintenance Technician. We are busy 216 room hotel that is open year round. You must be able to provide great customer service in a fast paced environment. Must possess basic building trade skills. Desirable additional experience includes experience or willingness to learn pool/sauna maintenance, exposure to carpentry, plumbing and electrical experience. Strong organizational skills required. The schedule is primarily 4p-12am, but you must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends. Interpersonal skills are a must. Also must be able to conduct preventive maintenance process.
Special Skills:
This is a skilled labor position, hotel experience is a plus. Requires heavy lifting up to 100 pounds, twisting, bending, climbing, pulling, and walking.
