Job Description

General Maintenance Technician - Full Time | Day Shift | Company Truck Provided Richcroft is hiring a Full-Time General Maintenance Technician to support residential homes across Howard County, Harford County, Carroll County, and Baltimore County, Maryland. This position performs general property maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and junk removal. This is a Monday-Friday day shift role with on-call rotation and overtime opportunities. Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM On-call rotation required Overtime available

Non-Exempt Rate of pay $49,920-58,240
Required Skills/Abilities:
Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential homes Troubleshoot plumbing leaks, electrical issues, drywall repairs, and painting Complete preventative maintenance and inspections Repair appliances and replace fixtures (toilets, faucets, etc.) Clean gutters (one story), laundry ducts, and perform power washing Assemble furniture and complete minor carpentry projects Maintain company work truck and tools Use mobile work order system (phone/tablet) Coordinate with contractors when needed Order parts and materials for repairs
Qualifications:
2+ years of maintenance, handyman, or facilities experience Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or property maintenance Valid driver's license (no more than 2 points) Ability to work independently across multiple locations Comfortable using ladders and lifting 50 lbs.
