Job Description

Hunting, Dearborn Division is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, Maintenance Administrator to join our team in Fryeburg, ME. The Maintenance Administrator will work with the maintenance team providing support by writing work orders, receiving and completing inventory of parts, and processing part orders. This position will work with the maintenance team to coordinate schedules with outside contractors and consultants. The person in this role will need to be flexible and willing to assist with administrative functions throughout the facility as they may support other departments. Effective verbal and written communication as well as a high level of professionalism are essential skills. Oversee and manage the company's CMMS (computerized maintenance management system). Assist in creating reports that drive business decisions. Communicate with the Maintenance department staff on planned and completed work orders. Receive orders and verify accuracy to purchase orders. Inventory parts for future work. Support department goals through outstanding service, attention to detail, and demonstrate a collaborative, positive environment with colleagues. Administrative support as needed throughout facility. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional Attention to detail Time management skills Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities.
