Job Description
Maintain and repair HOA residential properties to ensure safe, clean, and well-functioning communities. Perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Complete general repairs, painting, and facility upkeep. Diagnose issues using schematics and tools. Track and complete work orders and communicate with residents and management. Background in residential or facilities maintenance
