In this role, your work directly contributes to a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for everyone in our community. What You'll Do Complete repairs, construction-type projects, and servicing of equipment according to manufacturer instructions, facility policies, and under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor Ensure equipment and utilities are maintained in good working order and facility grounds are properly maintained Conduct preventative maintenance as assigned, including facility logs such as water temperature, call lights, generator, and fire alarms Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner What You Bring Previous experience in a long-term care facility or larger institution (preferred) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to respond to emergencies and be on-call as needed Good working knowledge of state rules and regulations Ability to relate positively to residents, families, and team members Positive Can-Do Attitude and excellent attendance Benefits 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) + 401(k) matching Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay Cell Phone Discounts Tuition Reimbursement to support career growth Why Atrium Centers Be a light — for residents, families, and your team.
