Job Description

Overview Seeking Maintenance worker for a property management company for Mobile home parks. Must have a reliable truck, as well as your own tools. Must be capable of working on your own. Experience is a huge plus

Must Be:

Punctual, hardworking, honest, flexible and be able to change tasks at a moments notice , positive working attitude. Must be courteous and friendly to tenants. Have self awareness and safety awareness. Some work responsibilities (but not limited to): Drywall repair, painting, flooring, door repairs, cabinet repairs, pay: $20 / hour full time position

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
