Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to guest service requests, and ensuring the property is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general repairs and maintenance on hotel facilities, equipment, and guest rooms. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical equipment. Paint, patch, and perform minor carpentry work as needed. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored. Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or landscaping. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Drivers License Proven experience in general maintenance or a related field. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is a plus. Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
