Maintenance Staff

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Staff member to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. In this vital role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and implement repairs to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment. Your expertise will help prevent downtime, extend equipment lifespan, and uphold high standards of safety and quality across our operations. Responsibilities Check and Balance Pool Chemicals (Can be trained after hiring ) Must be able to Mow yard Must be able to transport Linen to different buildings including from second floor as well Must keep yard clean and inviting Must work on daily maintenance list Requirements Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters effectively. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration. Customer service orientation with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency in all tasks.
