This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible, as-needed hours.

Responsibilities include:

Painting (interior/exterior, touch-ups and full rooms) Basic plumbing repairs Flooring repair and installation General maintenance and repair tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Experience in general maintenance, painting, plumbing, and flooring Reliable transportation to travel between locations Own tools/equipment preferred Ability to work independently and manage tasks across multiple sites

Pay:

$25.00 - $29.00 per hour
