Full Time Position. Applicant needs to have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Position would consist of the inside and outside maintenance of the building. For example, maintaining the flower beds, plowing snow, touching up paint, and whatever minor repairs need to be done to the building. Looking for someone who works well in a team environment. Working hours would be Monday through Friday and some Saturday's 8:30 AM - 5 PM Requirements Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO), with a strong understanding of building interior maintenance and facilities upkeep. Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tool. Plumbing system maintenance including fixture replacements, leak detection, and plumbing system troubleshooting. Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and working in confined spaces.
