We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our hotel facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all systems operate smoothly and that our guests enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring, and building structures Troubleshoot and repair equipment using schematics, electrical experience, and mechanical knowledge Conduct welding repairs and use tools such as ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues Assist with residential painting projects to maintain property aesthetics Operate Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for building automation systems when applicable Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring safety standards are met and work is completed efficiently Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields within hospitality or manufacturing environments Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience and familiarity with schematics Hands-on welding skills and proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment Experience supervising or leading maintenance teams is preferred Excellent customer service skills to address guest needs professionally and courteously Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Knowledge of CMMS software for work order management is a plus Join us as a Maintenance Worker and play a crucial role in keeping our hotel running smoothly!
