In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks throughout the hotel, troubleshooting issues promptly, and supporting the overall upkeep of our building and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills in a dynamic setting. Duties Conduct semi-annual preventive maintenance in all guestrooms Perform repairs and maintenance on mechanical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and other facility components.
