OUTSIDE HELPER (Full Time)

This is a 40 + hours week year-round position and must be able to work weekends and holidays, in all types of summer and winter weather. Must have a proven ability to deliver courteous, professional communications to customers, co-workers, and management. Responsibilities and Duties Resort lawn and grounds care, including winter snow removal throughout the resort Light facility maintenance Bait and boat fuel sales to resort customers Perform preventive maintenance Summer charter boat cleaning/fueling/minor maintenance Quickly and clearly communicate machinery conditions, maintenance issues, needed repairs, etc. with resort management Assist with Management and Guest inquiry Support and enforce resort safety standards Be familiar with all company policies and procedures Other duties as assigned by the Owner/Management Qualifications and Requirements Drivers license High School Diploma required. Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test Excellent problem-solving and communications skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize assignments and maintain composure under pressure environments Professionalism - Approaches others in a respectable manner, reacts well under pressure, treats others with respect and consideration regardless of status or position., accepts responsibility for own actions, follows through on commitments Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs, occasionally Must be able to push/pull carts, trailers and adjust, hitch and unhitch boat trailers for launching or retrieving boats from the lake Requires manual dexterity to use and operate tools and all resort equipment effectively and efficiently; bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill tasks and maintenance requirements Ice fishing operations require the ability to work effectively in freezing cold conditions, summer work and fishing in potentially hot/humid conditions How to Apply Hospitality is at the heart of all that we do.
