Under general supervision, the Industrial Maintenance Technician Assistant will perform production floor support to fulfill orders, assist with drum change outs, fill hoppers, and safely handle materials. The Industrial Maintenance Technician Assistant's work involves confidentiality due to certain clients and accounts. The Industrial Maintenance Technician Assistant is a full-time, temporary to hire position in Brooklyn Park, MN.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Assistant Job Responsibilities:

Attend & Complete All (On-The-Job)Training Which is Required Before Operating Any Equipment Read & Comprehend Packaging Instructions, Material Handling, & Shipping Procedures Assist With The Line Setup, Cleaning Pump Parts, Weigh Drums, Pails, & Pump Assembly Support All General Industrial Maintenance Duties Which Include Breakdown, Wipe Down, Cleaning, & Assembly of Equipment as Described Use Equipment to Load, Unload, & Move Materials or Products Maintain a Safe & Clean working Environment by Complying With Procedures, Rules, & Regulations Perform Any Tasks & or Production Duties as Requested by Supervisor Use Safety Shoes (Toe Protection/Slip Resistant) & PPE Must be Worn at

All Times Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Requirements & Working Conditions:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required 1+ Years of Experience in a Manufacturing Environment For Entry Level Positions Must be Able to Follow Instructions & Work With a Team & Independently Must Have Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills Demonstrates Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills in English Solid MS Outlook, Word & Excel Knowledge Previous Experience With Scales & Palled Jacks Preferred Must Have Solid Mechanical Skills & be Able to Use Hand & Power Tools Must Have Good Attendance & be Punctual Must be Able to Work at Heights Exceeding 30ft & Lift up to 30lbs
