If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and take pride in keeping things clean and organized, we'd love to meet you! As a family-owned dealership serving the community since 1988, we know first impressions matter. Our Lot Attendants play an important role in ensuring our customers and employees experience a clean, organized, and welcoming dealership every day. What You'll Do Organize and maintain vehicle displays throughout the sales lot. Park, move, and fuel vehicles. Keep dealership grounds clean and free of debris. Perform light building and property maintenance. Assist with dealership errands as needed. Help maintain landscaping, including planting flowers, pulling weeds, and seasonal cleanup. Perform leaf removal and assist with snow removal during the winter months. Work with the sales, service, and management teams to keep the dealership looking its best. What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a plus. Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day. Comfortable working outdoors in all Minnesota weather conditions. Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Positive attitude and team-first mindset. Previous maintenance or lot attendant experience is preferred but not required.
