Job Description
Really Good Rentals management is seeking a full or part time Maintenance worker. We have 170 units located in Mankato, Eagle Lake and St. Peter must be willing to travel to these locations. Ensure that all make-ready apartments are completed upon move-in. Performs and assigns resident work orders and ensuring that they are completed within 24 hours of receiving them. Assist in completing annual unit-to-unit inspections. Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot and repair Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Appliances. Participation in After-Hours Emergency On-Call Rotation (varies by property) Establish, assign, and maintain schedules regarding routine maintenance, turnover work, etc. Assist with snow/ice removal from sidewalks and entry ways along with accurately completing the Weather Log. Supervise all contract work to ensure quality of the work is completed. Comply with all safety program requirements along with promoting safety in the workplace. Other duties as assigned by Resident Manager. Minimum requirements/Qualifications 3 + years of maintenance experience working in a multi-family setting.. Valid State Driver's License/Proof of Insurance Must be able to answer/arrive to on-call orders within 30 min
