Summary We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team at AmericInn. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and functionality of our hotel facilities, contributing to a pleasant experience for our guests. Your expertise will help maintain our high standards of service and comfort. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs. Assist in the fabrication and installation of fixtures as needed. Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify maintenance needs. Respond promptly to guest requests for repairs or maintenance issues. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Requirements Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics is essential. Basic welding skills are a plus but not required. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Leadership skills are beneficial for potential supervisory responsibilities.
