Pipestone, MN ?? Full-Time What You'll Do ? Perform facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations ? Inspect buildings, equipment, and materials to identify repair and maintenance needs ? Complete routine maintenance, minor repairs, cleaning, mowing, weed control, and general groundskeeping ? Track, organize, transport, and maintain equipment, inventory, tools, and materials ? Receive, unload, stock, and organize supplies and operational materials ? Prepare and stage equipment and materials for maintenance and field teams ? Document maintenance and repair activities accurately and timely ? Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, storage yards, warehouses, and shops ? Support compliance with safety standards, permits, and regulatory requirements ? Communicate effectively with team members regarding priorities, schedules, and project status ? Assist with various operational and maintenance projects as needed What We're Looking For ? General maintenance, construction, mechanical, or related experience preferred ? Experience using tools and light equipment ? Inventory management, yard organization, or asset tracking experience is a plus ? Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and office software ? Forklift or equipment operation experience is a plus ? Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills ? Ability to work independently and as part of a team ? Valid driver's license and reliable transportation ? Willingness to travel between locations to deliver parts and materials Physical & Work Environment ?? Indoor and outdoor work in all seasons ?? Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and lifting ?? Regular lifting of up to 20 lbs. and occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. ??
