Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

6/25/26| Contract ‑ to ‑ Hire Opportunity BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Rochester, MN 55904. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional community, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks with professionalism. Responsibilities Complete work orders efficiently and professionally Perform general maintenance tasks, including: Basic plumbing repairs Electrical troubleshooting Appliance diagnostics and repair Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Requirements Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently #BGC1 BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
