Part-Time (16 hours a week, Monday - Friday, daytime business hours) & every other weekend boiler coverage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Maintenance Specialist performs routine grounds keeping duties, maintenance duties and building repair services. The Duties may include but are not limited to: Facility maintenance (all campus locations: St. Cloud, Monticello, Buffalo & Elk River) Move/transport, construct/assemble office furniture Repair constructions problems change light bulbs, painting Test boilers daily Monthly safety facility checks Grounds Maintenance Maintain shrubs, weeds in landscape, tree trimming, spring and fall clean-up and clean gutters

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED; Boiler Special license, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment 1-year grounds and facility maintenance experience Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Clear DHS background study Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
