Maintenance/Caretaker Hybrid Michael Development - 4.0 Saint Paul, MN Job Details Part-time $20 - $27 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Residential building maintenance experience Full Job Description Maintenance/Caretaking Hybrid The Emery Apartments, a luxury apartment complex in Farmington, MN, is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician / Caretaker hybrid position to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders, maintenance and cleaning of apartment turns , and cleaning common areas. This is a part-time position, 20 to 30 hours per week, plus on-call emergency maintenance as needed.
Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion including but not limited to plumbing, appliances, HVAC repairs, lock changes and minor electrical repairs Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Perform turnaround maintenance and cleaning. Additional responsibilities as directed Cleaning vacant apartments Cleaning common areas Overtime as needed
Qualifications:
2+ years of previous maintenance and experience required 1+ years of caretaking experience Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to work well as a team Must pass background check Must have the necessary tools for apartment maintenance Reliable Transportation Able to communicate with management effectively If you are qualified and interested in joining our staff, please reply to ad with your resume.
Compensation:
Shift differential pay of $20 to $22 per hour for caretaking and $25 to $27 per hour for maintenance.
