Maintenance Worker

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and outdoor spaces. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including drywall, electric, plumbing, floor installation, painting, and general remodeling and repairs, apartment related. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your hands-on skills in a dynamic setting while contributing to the overall excellence of our properties. Duties Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, tree trimming, pruning, planting, and landscape maintenance to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other equipment safely and efficiently for various construction or repair projects Painting, plumbing and electrical repairs, flooring and ceramic installations, carpentry, etc. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and address them promptly Assist with hardscape projects including walkway repairs, patio installations, and other outdoor enhancements Perform general building repairs and preventative maintenance tasks across indoor and outdoor spaces as directed by maintenance superintendent. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate a variety of tools and equipment confidently Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Ability to handle hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction machinery safely Knowledge of installations and maintenance techniques for indoor and outdoor improvements Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude toward maintenance needs Good physical stamina to perform manual tasks. Pay:
