Duties:
```- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical and mechanical systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and address issues in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements:
```- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
- Leadership skills to supervise other maintenance personnel.
