Job Description

What You'll Do Perform preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the hospital Troubleshoot and repair building systems and equipment Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and HVAC-related tasks Repair furniture, beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment Assist with grounds maintenance and facility upkeep Respond to maintenance requests and urgent facility needs Work independently while collaborating with other departments Participate in emergency response activities and on-call coverage as needed What We're Looking For 3-5 years of facilities maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of building maintenance, repair techniques, and preventative maintenance Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently Basic computer skills for work orders and documentation Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general maintenance repairs Why Ranken Jordan?
