Job Description

Position:
Maintenance Partner We are looking for a reliable Maintenance Partner to join our Plant Operations team. This isn't a "sit-back" kind of job; we need someone who is handy, proactive, and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty with groundwork or mechanical repairs. You'll report directly to the Director of Plant Operations and handle the day-to-day upkeep that keeps this place running.
The Day-to-Day:
  • You'll handle the "bread and butter" of facility maintenance-plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic mechanical repairs.
  • Keeping the outside as functional as the inside. This includes routine groundwork as needed.
  • We use a wide range of hand and power tools. You need to be competent with them and, more importantly, safe.
  • You'll work on solo projects but also jump in with the rest of the crew on larger facility repairs.
What We're Looking For:
  • You've worked in maintenance or facility ops before. You know the difference between a quick fix and a right fix.
  • You're comfortable with standard building trades and general maintenance equipment.
  • This is a demanding role. You'll be on your feet most of the day, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs. You should be comfortable working in different weather conditions and wearing the right gear for the job.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
About OBCBH:
  • 18-bed acute inpatient setting
  • Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment
  • Acute intervention focus with short term stays What we will provide for you:
  • Small hospital with BIG opportunities
  • Tuition reimbursement available
  • Sick leave and Family Sick leave
  • Competitive benefits package, including 401K match
  • The Health and Happiness of our employees is a top priority Osage Beach for
