Applicants have a crucial role in appearance and maintenance in maintaining a clean, safe, and functional space for the staff, parishioners, residents and guests. This is an opportunity to be a part of an exciting team that values initiative, respect, customer service, and operational excellence.

Work Time:

Permanent, Part-time, 25-30 hours per week 8:00AM-4:00PM (varies) 3-days a week, 3 hours on Saturday (varies).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide superior customer service to the staff. Provide general cleaning and custodial tasks (emptying trash, cleaning ,sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, restock paper supplies, use of floor equipment (buffer), etc.) Maintain facilities in an orderly, Hygiene efficient, clean, safe, and secure manner. Periodic building extermination Minor paint concerns. Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the campus facilities both prior and post event and ensure that the facility is ready for the next scheduled use. Maintain facilities equipment and ensure that equipment functions properly and notify management of maintenance issues. Assist with basic repairs using standard hand tools. Clear and salt walkways during snow and ice conditions. Meet with City inspectors and other regulatory offices as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be a US citizen or lawfully authorized alien worker. All federal requirements up-to-date. Documented High School diploma or higher education. Fundamental knowledge of janitorial equipment and safe handling of cleaning chemicals Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Operate a riding mower Missouri, Valid, non-expired Motor Vehicle Operator's License.
