Maintenance Person Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with general maintenance, be well-organized, and able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently. 2. Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergency calls. 3. Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions. 4. Repair broken appliances, light fixtures, and any other installed devices. 5. Conduct minor repairs, such as replacing bulbs, unclogging drains, painting, plastering, and carpentry. 6. Coordinate with outside contractors when professional repairs are necessary. 7. Monitor inventory of repair supplies and equipment. 8. Adhere to hotel safety protocols and regulations at all times.
