We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the maintenance department in ensuring that buildings, equipment, and facilities are kept in excellent working condition. This role is ideal for someone with practical maintenance skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities Assist with general maintenance and repair tasks. Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and clean condition. Support contractors and specialist technicians when required. Report maintenance issues and recommend solutions. Follow all health and safety procedures and company policies. Requirements Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or facilities role is desirable. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Good problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving equipment when required. Valid driver's license. Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
