This energetic role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, from landscape care, sheetrock repair, painting, and trim work, all aimed at creating a safe, attractive, and well-maintained environment. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm for independent work, strong mechanical skills, and a passion for excellence. Duties Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to maintain aesthetic appeal and health of gardens and lawns Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, power tools, excavators, and tree trimmers with safety and precision Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Use hand and power tools to perform all aspects of interior and exterior finishes. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access around the property Follow all safety procedures diligently while handling equipment or performing outdoor/indoor tasks to prevent accidents or injuries Experience Proven outdoor work experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping roles Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, landscaping equipment, and irrigation systems Construction experience is a plus Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators or similar equipment is desirable Strong understanding of safety protocols related to work environments Being organized and self motivated is required.
