How you'll contribute A Maintenance Mechanic who excels in this role: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on hospital building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical infrastructure. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders to ensure safe, continuous facility operations. Support repairs, troubleshooting, and general upkeep of equipment and facility systems. Assist with facility improvement projects, including renovations, installations, and minor construction work. Participate in fire and life safety inspections, drills, and corrective actions to ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and completed work orders. Collaborate with facility leadership and other departments to maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational healthcare environment.
