JOB SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician/ Assistant will assist the Maintenance Director with physical plant upkeep. Some of the job responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Support maintenance department. Ensure all physical plant and maintenance needs are met at all times per state regulation and company expectations. Provide a safe environment for our residents, families, staff, and visitors. Excellent communication with staff, residents, and families. Attend all in-services and on-the-job training. Respect others by treating them the way we want to be treated. Demonstrate kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity at all times. Help create a culture of superior customer service.

REQUIREMENTS
