Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Apartment Make Ready Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing apartment units for new residents by performing essential maintenance, repairs, and cleaning tasks. Your expertise will ensure that each unit meets our high standards of quality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. Duties Perform comprehensive make-ready tasks including painting, cleaning, repairs, and basic carpentry to prepare units for occupancy Conduct electrical work such as troubleshooting circuits, replacing outlets, and diagnosing issues Use programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and ohmmeters to test electrical systems and ensure proper functionality Execute residential painting with precision to enhance unit aesthetics and meet quality standards Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using AppFolio Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident concerns promptly and professionally Support team members in completing tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance, residential painting, or apartment turnover roles Previous experience in a maintenance or make ready position preferred Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and residents Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Join us as an Apartment Make Ready Technician where your skills will directly impact the quality of living for residents.
