New Bern, NC Keystone Management proudly oversees 500+ residential units throughout New Bern, NC. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Cleaner to join our team full-time. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our residential and community spaces.
Position Overview Key responsibilities include:
Cleaning apartment units thoroughly during turnover periods Maintaining cleanliness of offices, fitness centers, and laundry rooms Ensuring all assigned areas are consistently clean, well-presented, and welcoming All cleaning supplies and materials are provided by Keystone Management. Candidate Requirements Experience in professional cleaning strongly preferred Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently Valid driver's license and clean criminal background Clear, courteous, and professional communication when working with tenants and the maintenance supervisor Compensation & Benefits Keystone offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including: Starting pay of $18/hour, based on experience 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and life insurance 12 paid holidays, plus vacation and sick leave An additional paid holiday on your birthday 401(k) retirement plan with 100% employer match up to 5% Ready to Join Us?
