Job Description

Preventative maintenance of hotel guest rooms and suites, public spaces and all related equipment. This includes but is not limited to caulking, carpet/floor/tile repair, painting, pressure washing, and plumbing. Must be able to; work with minimum supervision and communicate effectively with management, respond to emergency situations on short notice, be detail oriented, use time management skills, have basic computer skills, and complete work orders in a timely manner.
