Job Description
Part Time:
Days, Weekends, and Holidays, will train. Ability to read, write, and speak English required.Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: room inspections, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and other trade-related skills, consistent with "house hold" maintenance.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of maintenance projects.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- General maintenance skills, knowledge.
- Lifting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have a Valid NC driver's license and reliable transportation
