Part-Time/Full-Time Job Description:
We are seeking reliable, hardworking and trustworthy individuals to join our team as Facility Security and Maintenance Assistants. This role involves monitoring a bank of cameras, controlling a gate, patrolling our facility, emptying water buckets, and occasionally assisting with maintenance or trash efforts. If you have a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Monitor security cameras to ensure the safety and security of the facility. Control the facility gate, including opening and closing it for authorized personnel. Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure everything is in order. Perform light maintenance tasks as needed (water or trash removal, other maintenance duties as required) Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
Preferred:
A valid security guard certificate or license. A background in law enforcement or a related field. Experience in facility maintenance or janitorial jobs Experience with conflict management and first aid. Knowledge of surveillance systems.
Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
