Purpose:

Ensure Facility Services are provided for safe, efficient, and functional operations of all WH sites.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance to company facilities, i.e., Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Painting, etc. Report to Facility Services Tech III or Department Supervisor on maintenance issues Perform Preventative Maintenance on facilities as assigned Complete work orders or any other tasks as assigned Maintain assigned vehicle, tools, and equipment Respond to all "On Call" notifications and emergencies when assigned Relocate furniture and equipment as required Maintain effective communication and interact appropriately, effectively, and professionally with all members of our health care team, patients, and vendors Perform any other tasks necessary for the safety and welfare of our patients, staff, and visitors Assist in courier duties, housekeeping duties, or other duties when needed
